In 2019 Seniman was instrumental in creating the Indonesian Coffee Flavour Wheel and associated App- Roda Rasa Kopi Indonesia. In 2022, Bali Coffee – Origins New Wave, a major publication written by Rodney Glick (Seniman Founder) and Michelle Anditya was published by Afterhours Press. It won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award 2022 for the world’s best coffee book.

We love learning. We’re curious. We believe in exploring our own country’s strengths. Over the last 6 years Seniman have published an online magazine called Singalong (readsingalong.com) celebrating all aspects of the Indonesian coffee world from profiling coffee industry movers and shakers to small landholding farmers. Arabica and Robusta, Specialty and Commercial coffee – all sides of the coffee scene.

We run a design and production agency creating bespoke Brands for clients. Designing fully integrated cafe interiors for new coffee businesses with furniture and coffee product to suit. We have picked up many industry awards for our creative approach to coffee and design, numerous magazine front covers about Seniman, editorial features and TV showcases along the way.

As active members of The Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia, we are fully qualified Q Graders, accredited members of the Coffee Quality Institute, professional barista trainers and often called upon to be Key Note Speakers at seminars held both at an International and National level.
