REGIONAL INDONESIAN FOOD
Following our passions for Indonesian single-origin coffee, we took time to research food and recipes from different regions. We are really pleased with the results of designing our new menu around Indonesian regions by incorporating ingredients, flavours and spices traditionally used but ‘remixed’ by Seniman in both preparation and presentation. The response so far has been fantastic, so much that we have doubled our kitchen team to cope with the increased demand. Come along and try one of the regional dishes and pair with a coffee from the same region or mix flavours from across Indonesia.
